Provided to protect both you and me. Please make sure to read everything before commissioning!
TOS
I work on a first come first serve basis.
**I have the right to decline any commission offer for any reason. **
Payment is 100% upfront. I will not begin working unless this is fulfilled.
If you have paid for your commission and haven't received a progress sketch within two weeks of me confirming your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund + cancellation upon request. If you do not wish to cancel, you may receive 10% of your purchase refunded for every day after the two week period a sketch isn't provided.
You have 24 hours to request a refund/ commission cancellation if needed.
You are entitled to unlimited changes to the progress sketch. If you would like any details changed after I've indicated I have begun coloring, It may cost extra.
My commissions can be used for personal use, and promotional/public use with proper credit to my socials. Please do not use my art for ANY commercial or monetary purposes if you have not discussed this with me and have paid accordingly. This includes putting my artwork on merch, minting my artwork, etc.
As it is my work, I may use your commission as work to add to my portfolio and/or post on my social media accounts. Before doing so I will ask for and respect any requests to be credited or to remain anonymous.
Process
After confirming I've accepted your commission request, **I will provide the cost as well as an invoice sent to your PayPal address. **
When you've completed the payment and notified me, I should reply within 24 hours to indicate I have received it.
I may take between a couple days to two weeks to complete your in-progress sketch. After 2 weeks without providing a sketch of your commission, you are allowed to request an 100% refund + cancellation of your order. Otherwise you may receive a +10% refund for every day after 2 weeks it is late.
After I've made potential revisions you are content with the state of the sketch, **I will move on to finalizing it. This may take an additional few days to 1-2 weeks. You may ask for progress during this time, but revisions after the sketch period (in exception to minor changes like color adjustments) are charged. **
Once I've finished your commission I will send the full un-watermarked file to you via email.
